Solve the mystery of the Redwood Estate

Find your fellow officers across the Estate

The year is 2000. Two officers are sent to investigate a remote estate after contact is lost with their fellow colleagues. What should have been a routine call quickly turns into something far more disturbing.

Inside the Redwood Estate, the silence feels wrong. The halls are empty, yet signs of struggle remain. Rooms tell stories that no one left behind can explain. As officers Tim Rieff and Kim Hansbury push deeper into the mansion, as they uncover fragments of a tragedy that should never have happened.

Two officers, two stories to uncover the mysterious events of the Redwood Estate. Together, their stories slowly reveal the truth behind the events of the Redwood Estate.

Survive With What You Find

The Redwood Estate offers little comfort to those searching its halls. Supplies are scarce, and every item you carry must be chosen carefully.

Manage your inventory, decide which tools and ammunition are worth keeping, and make the most of the limited resources scattered throughout the mansion.

In a place where every encounter carries risk, preparation can mean the difference between survival… and becoming another victim of the estate.

Search Every Room

The truth behind the Redwood Estate is not revealed all at once. It lies hidden in forgotten documents, abandoned rooms, and the small details left behind by those who came before you.

Explore the estate carefully, examine objects, and gather clues that slowly piece together the events that led to the manor’s disturbing fate.

Every discovery raises new questions and sometimes reveals truths that were never meant to be uncovered.

Face What Lurks in the Dark

The estate is not as empty as it first appears.

As you explore deeper into the mansion, you will encounter dangers that test both your nerves and your preparation. Some threats can be confronted. Others may require caution, strategy, or escape.

Every encounter is designed to build tension and keep you on edge, reminding you that survival horror is not about constant action, but about the fear of what might be waiting in the next room.

A Story Hidden in the Estate

Something terrible happened inside the Redwood Estate.

Through exploration and investigation, you will uncover fragments of a larger story—one told through documents, environments, and the traces left behind by those who once lived there.

As the pieces come together, the events surrounding the estate slowly take shape, revealing a mystery that neither officer could have imagined when they first arrived.

Horror Scenarios: The Redwood Estate is an indie survival horror game currently in development by a small independent team from Montreal.

Built with a love for classic survival horror and retro aesthetics, the project aims to capture the atmosphere and tension of the games that inspired us while telling a story of its own.

We grew up playing classic survival horror games where tension came not from constant action, but from uncertainty, exploration, and atmosphere.

Horror Scenarios is our tribute to those experiences, a slower, more suspenseful kind of horror.

Original Soundtrack

The soundtrack of Horror Scenarios: The Redwood Estate balances dread and fragile moments of relief, mirroring the uneasy tension of the estate itself.

Composed and produced in-house by Gabriel Jean, the original soundtrack for Horror Scenarios: The Redwood Estate embraces restraint and unease. Sparse melodies, droning ambience, and sudden absences of sound work together to create a lingering sense of dread that follows the player long after the screen fades to black.
